1. Unplug the JuiceBox, then plug it back in. If you have a hardwired JuiceBox you will need to flip its circuit breaker, wait 20 seconds, and flip the circuit breaker back on.
Note: The following steps must be completed within 2 minutes of plugging in or restoring power to the JuiceBox.
2. Open WiFi settings on your smartphone/tablet/laptop while standing close to the JuiceBox. Connect to the “JuiceBox-###” or “JuiceNet-###” WiFi network. If prompted, the password is “GoElectric” (case-sensitive).
3. In a web browser, go to setup.com and select the WiFi network you want to connect your JuiceBox to. Enter the WiFi password, if necessary. Click Connect.
Verify that the JuiceBox is connected by checking that LED light indicator turns white. This may take a couple minutes.
Note: After first connecting to WiFi, the JuiceBox checks its firmware version and performs any necessary updates. Wait 10 minutes before plugging in a vehicle.
